Thomas Giglio, Pres.

Founder of Landmark Surveying & Engineering, Tom is a graduate of Stockton State College and Spring Garden College.  He has more than 30 years of civil engineering, land development and land surveying experience.

Z. Thomas Grybowski, P.L.S. & P.P.

V.P. in charge of surveying, Tom is a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Professional Planner.  He has more than 30 years of civil engineering and land surveying experience.  Tom is a graduate of Newark College of Engineering (N.J.I.T.).

Glenn D. Lines, P.E., P.P. & C.M.E.

Glenn is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Planner and a Certified Municipal Engineer.  Before joining Landmark Surveying & Engineering, Inc., Glenn was the Township Engineer for Lakewood Township, and Assistant Engineer for the Planning and Zoning Boards for several other boroughs in Monmouth County.  Glenn is a graduate of Drexel University.

Peter Cerasoli, Associate

Peter is a graduate of CDM Institute.  He is a certified AutoCAD instructor.  He is responsible for all our computer facilities and is presently pursuing an Engineering degree.

Jamie McGrath, CAD Tech

Jamie is a graduate of Seton Hall University and CDM Institute.  She is a certified AutoCAD drafter.  She is responsible for computer drafting and coordination with clients.

Kathleen Kenney, Graphic Artist

Kathleen is a graduate of the College of New Jersey.  She is a certified AutoCAD drafter.  She is responsible for computer drafting, presentation layout and coordination with clients.
